Goshen County elementary students learned more about beef cattle production by participating in Farm Bureau’s “Ag Books for Kids” contests.  Three Goshen County students were selected as runner-ups in the statewide competition and three students won district prizes.  The Goshen County Farm Bureau donated agricultural books this winter to the elementary schools throughout the county.  The students then had the opportunity to participate in a contest to show what they learned about agriculture.  Nine Farm Bureau volunteers also read the book to many classes and conducted agriculture learning presentations.
